Symptom 303000 Steering/Handling

ISSUE

Jaguar Cars are receiving Warranty claims for Steering Wheel Alignment and Geometry checks performed on Vehicles during PDI.

CAUSE

Engineering are currently investigating these reports and to assist with defining any potential root cause (s), have developed the attached Steering Wheel Alignment and Geometry questionnaire.

Please complete the Steering Wheel alignment and Geometry Questionnaire below and submit via the relevant page as an EPQR after the below assured VIN's ONLY if an alignment issue was found to be present during the PDI procedure. EPQR's are not required for Vehicles built before these VIN's.
