Pedestrian Protection Accelerometer: Removal

  1. Remove the radiator splash shield. Refer to Radiator Splash Shield information.
  2. Remove the front bumper air ducting.
    • Remove the 7 clips.
    • Release the 4 clips.

  3. Remove the pedestrian protection accelerometer.
    • Disconnect the electrical connector.
    • Remove the 2 bolts.
