Driver Seat Module: Notes

A memory store switch is located in the lower part of the driver door. The switch communicates with the DSM module via the LIN bus in the driver seat switchpack. The memory store switch has two switches; 1 and 2 to allow two separate memory positions to be stored and 'set' switch with integral LED (light emitting diode). Steering Column is controlled by the IC, hence positional feedback goes to the IC. Door mirrors are controlled by the door modules, therefore their positional feedback goes to the door modules.

The positions can be recalled by pressing the applicable switch 1 or 2.
