Oil Pressure
Oil pressure is supplied by the oil pump which is fitted to the front of the engine and is driven directly by the crankshaft. The inlet and outlet ports align with oil passages in the bedplate with a rubber coated metal gasket to seal the pump to bedplate. An integral pressure relief valve regulates pump outlet pressure at 65.3 psi (4.5 BAR).
