Step 1 71 (8)
Step 2 Additional 90 Degrees
Water Pump Pulley Bolts 88-124 (10-14)
(1) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
(2) Use NEW bolts.
(3) Center punch bolts after torque sequence is complete.
(4) Tighten to 71-106 INCH LBS. (8-12 N.m).
(5) Cylinder head bolts may be re-used on 2 occasions. When re-used, each bolt head should be marked with one dot from an automatic center punch.
(6) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
(7) Torque Adaptor (Snap-on FRDHM13). See Figure.
(8) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
(9) Exhaust manifold bolts MUST BE replaced.
(10) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
(11) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
(12) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
(13) Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure.
