Ignition On Signal

This input is taken from terminal No. 87 of ignition on relay which, in addition to applying power to the ignition coil, energizes the main and fuel pump relays through ECM. A timer is also initiated that permits fuel pump relay operation for 0.5 second to ensure fuel injectors are pressurized prior to cranking engine.
