Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect mass airflow sensor wiring connector. Remove air intake elbow mounting nut. Remove nuts securing air cleaner to inner fender. Loosen hose clamps attaching intake air hose to mass airflow sensor. Disconnect air intake hose from mass airflow sensor and position hose aside. Release clips securing air cleaner to mass airflow sensor. Carefully remove mass airflow sensor. Remove and discard "O" ring seal. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install NEW "O" ring and make sure it is positioned correctly onto air filter locating dowel.
