(1) If vehicle is equipped with supercharger, air cleaner must be replaced every 15,000 miles.
BELT ADJUSTMENT

Application (1) Tension

A/C Belt
New 125-130 (57-59)
Used 85-90 (39-41)
Alternator & Water Pump Belt
New (2) 125-130 (57-59)
Used 115-120 (52-54)
Supercharged
A/C Belt
New 125-130 (57-59)
Used 85-90 (39-41)
Alternator & Water Pump Belt
New (2) 126-135 (57-61)
Used 91-120 (41-54)
Supercharger Belt
New (3) 223-232 (101-105)
Used 188-197 (85-89)
(1) With pressure applied midway on belt run.
(2) Adjust belt to new belt specification. Run engine for one minute. Shut engine off and allow belt to cool. Reset belt to used belt specification.
(3) Adjust belt to new belt specification. Drive vehicle for at least 10 minutes. Allow belt to cool and reset belt to used belt specification.
