Auxiliary Air Valve (XJS): Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Install idle adjusting screw on replacement valve, turning it the same number of turns noted in removal procedure.
  2. Use non-hardening sealant on new gasket. Check coolant level and add if necessary. Check idle speed and adjust if necessary.
