Coolant Temperature Sensor
Disconnect battery and pull connector from sensor. Connect ohmmeter between sensor terminals and note resistance reading. Compare reading obtained with COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR SPECIFICATIONS table. Check each terminal to ground and make sure resistance is infinity. See Fig 2.
