Installation Procedure

  1. Position the receiver near the insulator panel.
  2. Install the antenna electrical connector (1) to the receiver.

  3. Install the electrical connector (1) to the receiver.

  4. Install the receiver to the insulator panel.
    5. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  5. Install the nuts retaining the receiver to the insulator panel.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  6. Install the right closeout insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  7. Perform the setup procedure for the digital radio receiver. Refer to Digital Radio Receiver Programming and Setup .
