Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect connector X2 at the radio.
  2. Test for the vss signal between terminal E and ground while driving the vehicle.
    • If the vss signal is not present test the vss circuit for an open.
  3. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
