Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers in the diagnostic procedures.

   TECH 2 DRIVER MODULE STATUS indicates suspect PCM pin.
2. 9
   
   Scan tool may indicate short circuit even when problem is an open circuit. Cause of open circuit may be the component.
3. 11
   
   A short to ground on the ignition side of the component will blow the fuse. Since fuse was checked in step 2, a short to ground would be between suspect component and PCM.
