Conditions For Setting DTC

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:

• Ignition voltage is between 10 and 16 volts.
• MAP sensor signal is between 26 and 100 kPa.
• Fuel level is more than 15 percent.
• Engine speed is between 650 and 6250 RPM.
• No MAP sensor, ECT sensor, Injector, EST CKP sensor, ION sense system DTCs set.
• Pulse width is less than 30us or more than 90us for 99 failures within 100 test samples (15.6 m/sec).
