Clutch Switch

Ensure clutch pedal is fully returned. Disconnect electrical connector from switch. Loosen lock nut and tighten clutch switch by hand until switch is firmly against clutch lever. On Rodeo and Rodeo Sport, back switch out 1/2 turn. Switch plunger should extend .02-.06" (.5-1.5 mm). On Trooper, back switch out one full turn. On all models, tighten lock nut and reconnect electrical connector.
