BRAKELIGHT Switch

Ensure brake pedal is fully returned. Disconnect electrical connector from switch. Loosen lock nut and tighten brakelight switch by hand until tip of threaded portion of switch is contact firmly against pedal. Loosen brakelight switch 1/2 turn. Tighten lock nut and reconnect electrical connector. On Trooper, ensure brakelight switch-to-pedal arm clearance is 0.02-0.04" (0.5-1.0 mm).
