Air Bag Deployment: Notes

WARNING:
During deployment , air bag assemblies can become dangerously hot. Wait 30 minutes after deployment before touching assemblies.
WARNING:
Never connect deployment wires to any power source before connecting to air bag assembly leads. Air bag will immediately deploy when a power source is connected to it.
NOTE:
If vehicle is to be scrapped, perform on-vehicle air bag deployment procedure.
WARNING:
Ensure that air bag assemblies are securely mounted to vehicle. Otherwise, severe personal injury could result from deployment.
