Test Ta-1: Abs Works Frequently But Vehicle Does Not Decelerate

  1. Connect scan tool. Using scan tool in F1: DATA DISPLAY, check output of each wheel speed sensor. If output is normal for each sensor, go to next step. If output is not normal for each sensor, go to step  3.
  2. Perform TEST A-1: ABS WORKS FREQUENTLY BUT VEHICLE DOES NOT DECELERATE . After repairs, go to next step.
  3. Reconnect all components. Ensure all component are properly installed. Verify system operation. See SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
