Gear Selector Lever & Control Rod

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ensure jam nuts on selector control rod are loose. Place selector lever in "N" position. Push selector lever forward against Neutral detent. Hold selector lever in this position.
  2. Turn control rod forward jam nut until it comes in contact with boss. Tighten rear nut against selector lever boss. Install locking clip and tighten nut. Ensure gear selector operation is correct.
