Brake Switch

Ensure brake pedal is fully returned. Disconnect electrical connector from switch. Loosen lock nut and tighten brake switch by hand until switch is firmly against pedal. Loosen brake switch 1/2 turn. Tighten lock nut and reconnect electrical connector. Ensure brake switch-to-pedal arm clearance is 0.02-0.04" (0.5-1.0 mm).
