Checking Fluid Level: Transaxle

  1. Park vehicle on level surface and apply parking brake. Ensure transmission fluid is at normal operating temperature. Place gear selector lever in Park with engine off.
  2. Check fluid level on dipstick. Fluid level should be between upper and lower marks (crosshatched area). If fluid level is below lower mark, add fluid to bring level up to upper mark. DO NOT  overfill.
