Choke Unloader Adjustment

Fully open primary throttle valve. Measure clearance between choke valve and choke valve chamber wall. See Fig 3. Ensure clearance is.106-.130" (2.70-3.30 mm). Ensure choke valve angle is 50 degrees. If clearance is not as specified, bend adjusting lever tang.
