Brake Switch
Disconnect brake switch connector. With brake pedal depressed (push rod out), check for continuity between switch terminals No. 1 and 4. SeeFig 1 . Continuity should exist. With brake pedal released (push rod in), check for continuity between switch terminals No. 2 and 3. Continuity should exist. If brake switch does not test as described, replace brake switch.
