Rodeo 2.6L

  1. Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Connect a test voltmeter between IGN and ground connections of vehicle voltmeter. SeeFigure .
  2. Start engine and check reading on both voltmeters. Voltage difference between voltmeters should be less than .5 volt. Replace gauge if reading is not as specified.
