Code 15 - Open Coolant Temperature Sensor Circuit

NOTE: Test numbers refer to test numbers on diagnostic chart.

1. This step determines if low voltage at sensor is due to open sensor wires or poor connection.
2. This step checks resistance of coolant temperature sensor.
3. This step checks voltage from ECM.
