Throttle Body Injector: Installation

  1. Replace both "O" rings and lubricate before installing. Install injectors. Align raised lug on injector base with notch in throttle body cavity. Push down on injector until it is fully seated. Electrical terminals should be parallel with throttle shaft.
  2. Install new throttle body outlet and cover gaskets. Install new pressure regulator dust seal. Install cover assembly and tighten screws to 27 INCH lbs. (3 N.m).
