Code 32 - EGR System Malfunction
The EGR temperature sensor monitiors the coolant and intake air temperature to determine the on and off time of EGR valve. Specified temperatures are memorized. These temperatures are compared when coolant temperature and intake air temperature are at specified temperature. If the temperature difference was 37°F (3°C) or less, system reconizes an EGR system malfunction. Code 32 is stored when this reading occurs 3 times consecutively.
