Code 25 - Mat Sensor (High Temperature Indicated): Notes

NOTE: Test numbers refer to test numbers on diagnostic chart.
  1. This check determines if Code 25 is the result of a hard failure or an intermittent condition. A Code 25 will set if a MAT temperature greater than 293°F (145°C) is detected for a time greater than 2 minutes.
