Diagnostic Aids
Normal "Scan" voltage varies between .1-1.0 volts (100-999 mV) while in "closed loop". Code 13 sets in 5 seconds, if voltage remains between .42-.55 volts, system will go into "open loop" in about 15 seconds. Verify proper ground for circuit No. 413.
