Idle-Up Solenoid Valves

Remove solenoid valves from carburetor. See Fig 1 . Inspect solenoid and spring. Apply 12 volts to solenoid valve connector and ground solenoid body. Ensure solenoid valve operates smoothly. Replace solenoid valve if it does not operate smoothly. Also inspect for deformation of throttle shaft, link and bushing. Replace throttle valve body if found damaged.
