Choke Unloader

Fully open primary throttle valve. Measure clearance between choke valve and bore. Clearance should be 0.071" (1.80 mm). Choke valve angle should be 39 degrees. To adjust, remove rivet from choke thermostat cover and bend outer choke lever in housing. See Figure . Install rivet and choke cover.
