Injector Nozzles: Reassembly

NOTE: Thoroughly clean all the disassembled parts with light clean oil. Needle must slide smoothly in nozzle body. When nozzle body is held vertically, and needle is drawn out about 1/3 and released, it should fall down to the seat by its own weight.

To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Tighten retaining nut to 65 ft. lbs. (88 N.m).
