Injector Opening Pressure
Install injection nozzle and nozzle holder assembly to nozzle tester. Adjust nozzle opening pressure by turning pressure adjusting screw until desired pressure of 1920 psi (135 kg/cm2 ) is obtained. Tighten cap nut to 22-29 ft. lbs. (30-39 N.m).
