Ignition System - NIPPONDENSO Electronic: Overhaul: Disassembly

1. Remove distributor cap, seal, and rotor. Remove snap ring, screw, and vacuum diaphragm. Remove dust covers being careful not to break them. Remove screw and screw plate. See Fig 1.
2. Remove screw, igniter, and breaker plate assembly. Remove centrifugal advance springs. Remove "E" clips and centrifugal advance weights. Remove cap and screw on top rotor shaft.
3. Remove rotor shaft. Drill out roll pin and remove collar. Pull out distributor shaft.
