Hydraulic System Bleeding
Fill reservoir with brake fluid. Fit bleeder hose to bleeder screw. Place opposite end of hose into clear container partially filled with brake fluid. Slowly pump clutch pedal two or three times and hold to floor. Break bleeder screw loose. Allow air to vent. Close bleeder screw. Allow pedal to return.
Repeat procedure until no air bubbles are present in discharged fluid. DO NOT let fluid reservoir run dry during bleeding operation or complete hydraulic system must be rebleed. After bleeding system, check clutch pedal free play, disengagement and position.
