Fuel Injection Wiring

  1. Turn ignition off and unplug harness from control unit. Turn ignition on and check if 12V is present at terminals 21 and 22 of the harness. These two wires are attached directly to the injectors. The control unit governs the injector ground circuit.
  2. If battery voltage is not present, unplug the harness at the injectors and check for 12V. If voltage is not present, check the dropping resistor, main relay, and starter switch.
