After Replacement
CAUTION:
When after replacing BCM, always perform "Operation Log Selection" or "Manual Configuration" with CONSULT. Or not doing so, BCM control function does not operate normally.
- Complete the procedure of "Re/programming, Configuration" in order.
- Configuration is different for each vehicle model. Confirm configuration of each vehicle model.
- If you set incorrect "Vehicle Configuration", incidents might occur.
- SAVING VEHICLE SPECIFICATION (BCM)
CONSULT Configuration
- Select "Re/programming, Configuration".
- Select the operation according to the CONSULT screen.
- Perform "Before ECU Replacement" of "Vehicle Configuration" to write vehicle specification.
NOTE: If "Before ECU Replacement" of "Vehicle Configuration" cannot be used, use the "Manual Configuration" after replacing BCM. Refer to Refer to Work Procedure .GO TO 2.
- SAVING VEHICLE SPECIFICATION (TPMS) (IF EQUIPPED)
Perform saving vehicle specification (TPMS). Refer to Work Procedure .
GO TO 3.
- REPLACE BCM
Replace BCM. Refer to BCM : Removal & Installation .
GO TO 4.
- WRITING VEHICLE SPECIFICATION (BCM)
CONSULT Configuration
Select "Re/programming, Configuration". Refer to Refer to Work Procedure .
GO TO 5.
- INITIALIZATION AND REREGISTERING OF ALL KEYS
Perform initialization and re-registration of all keys: Refer to CONSULT Immobilizer mode and follow the on-screen instructions.
GO TO 6.
- WRITING VEHICLE SPECIFICATION (TPMS) (IF EQUIPPED)
Perform writing vehicle specification (TPMS). Refer to Work Procedure .
