Diagnosis Procedure

CHECK CAUSE OF AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION
Check if there is any cancellation cause in the "CAUSE OF AUTO-CANCEL" on "WORK SUPPORT" of "ICC/ADAS" with CONSULT.

Is it displayed?

NO

GO TO 2.

"OPE SW VOLT CIRC"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"VHCL SPD UNMATCH"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"IGN LOW VOLT"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"CAN COMM ERROR"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"ICC SENSOR CAN COMM ERR"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"ABS/TCS/VDC CIRC"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"APA HI TEMP"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"ECD CIRCUIT"

Refer to DTC Logic .
PERFORM ALL OF THE SELF-DIAGNOSIS
1. Perform "All DTC Reading".
2. Check if any DTC is detected in self-diagnosis results of "ICC/ADAS". Refer to DTC Index .
Is any DTC detected?

YES

GO TO 3.

NO

GO TO 4.
REPAIR OR REPLACE MALFUNCTIONING PARTS
Repair or replace malfunctioning parts identified by the self-diagnosis result.

GO TO 6.
CHECK EACH SWITCH AND VEHICLE SPEED SIGNAL
1. Start the engine.
2. Check that the following items operate normally in "DATA MONITOR" of "ICC/ADAS".
  - "VHCL SPEED SE"
  - "BRAKE SW"
  - "DYNA ASIST SW"
Is there a malfunctioning item?

All items are normal

GO TO 5.

"VHCL SPEED SE"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"BRAKE SW"

Refer to DTC Logic .

"DYNA ASIST SW"

Refer to DTC Logic .
REPLACE ADAS CONTROL UNIT
Replace the ADAS control unit. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .

GO TO 6.
CHECK INTELLIGENT DISTANCE CONTROL SYSTEM
1. Erase "self-diagnosis result", and then perform "All DTC Reading" again after performing the action test. (Refer to Description for action test.)
2. Check that the Intelligent Distance Control system is normal.
INSPECTION END
