Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. When replacing AWD control unit, read out wear data from AWD control unit using CONSULT. Refer to Description .
  2. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
  3. Remove luggage side finisher lid LH SYMBOL in luggage component. Refer to Exploded View .

  4. Disconnect AWD control unit harness connector.
  5. Remove AWD control unit mounting screws and remove AWD control unit SYMBOL .

  6. Remove spreader nuts if necessary.
