Disassembly and Assembly: Assembly

  1. Install pipes SYMBOL .

    CAUTION: Never reuse pipes.
  2. Install O-rings SYMBOL .

    CAUTION: Never reuse O-rings.
  3. Install TCM.

  4. Install TCM mounting bolts.

  5. Install electric oil pump.
  6. Install connector SYMBOL and install electric oil pump bolts.

  7. Install electric oil pump mounting bolt with the following procedure.

    1. Tighten electric oil pump mounting bolt.

      Tightening torque N.m (kg-m, in-lb)

      : 4 (0.41, 35)
    2. Tighten electric oil pump mounting bolt.

      Angle tightening

      : 180 deg.
  8. Perform inspection of valves. Refer to Inspection and Adjustment .
  9. Install following parts.

    • Shift rod control valve C
    • Shift rod control valve B
    • Shift rod control valve D
    • K1 clutch regulation valve
    • K2 clutch regulation valve
    • Park pawl switchover valve
    • Gear cylinder pressure valve
  10. Install end panels.

  11. Install bolts.

  12. Install system pressure control valve and shift rod control valve A.

  13. Install end panels.

  14. Install bolts.
