Diagnostic Test

  1. CHECK QUANTITY CONTROL VALVE

    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect quantity control valve harness connector.
    3. Check the resistance between quantity control valve terminals.
      Terminal Resistance
      1 and 2 0.3 - 1.1 Ω

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    INSPECTION END

    NO 

    Replace high pressure fuel pump. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
