Diagnostic Test

  1. CHECK THE MOTOR

    1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect steering angle sub motor harness connector.
    3. Check the continuity between motor connector terminals.

      1 2 Existed
      1 3 Existed
      1 4 Not existed
      2 3 Existed
      2 4 Not existed
      3 4 Not existed

    Is the inspection result normal?

    YES 

    INSPECTION END

    NO 

    Steering angle sub motor is malfunction. Replace steering gear assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
