Diagnostic Test

Lock/unlock door with door request switch.

Refer to SYSTEM DESCRIPTION .

Is the operation normal?

YES 

GO TO STEP 2  .

NO 

Check Intelligent Key system (door lock function). Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

Perform "INSIDE ANT DIAGNOSIS" on Work Support of "INTELLIGENT KEY".

Refer to CONSULT FUNCTION (BCM - INTELLIGENT KEY) .

GO TO STEP 3  .

Perform Self Diagnostic Result of "BCM".

Is DTC detected?

YES 

Refer to DTC LOGIC (instrument center), DTC LOGIC (console) or DTC LOGIC (trunk room).

NO 

GO TO STEP 4  .

Check push-button ignition switch.

Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Is the operation normal?

YES 

GO TO STEP 5  .

NO 

Repair or replace malfunctioning parts.

Confirm the operation again.

Is the inspection normal?

YES 

Check intermittent incident. Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .

NO 

GO TO STEP 1  .
