CHECK FLOW CONNECTION VALVE

Turn the ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect flow connection valve harness connector.

Check resistance between flow connection valve connector terminals.

Floe connection valve		Resistance (Approx.)
Terminal		Resistance (Approx.)
1	2	6.3 - 7.5 Ω

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: GO TO 2.

NO: Flow connection valve is malfunction. Replace steering housing assembly. Refer to "DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY " (With heated steering wheel), "DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY " (Without heated steering wheel).

CHECK FLOW CONNECTION VALVE OPERATION
1. Connect flow connection valve harness connector.
2. Lift up the vehicle.
3. Set the vehicle in READY state from ignition switch OFF and check operating noise of the flow connection valve.
  Is there operating noise of the flow connection valve?
  
  YES: INSPECTION END
  
  NO: Flow connection valve is malfunction. Replace steering housing assembly. Refer to "DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY " (With heated steering wheel), "DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY " (Without heated steering wheel).
