Component Function Check

CHECK FUNCTION

Select "DOOR LOCK" of "BCM" using CONSULT.
Select "KEY CYL LK-SW", "KEY CYL UN-SW" in "DATA MONITOR" mode.

Check that the function operates normally according to the following conditions.

Monitor item	Condition		Status
KEY CYL LK-SW	Driver side door key cylinder	Lock	ON
KEY CYL LK-SW		Neutral/Unlock	OFF
KEY CYL UN-SW		Unlock	ON
KEY CYL UN-SW		Neutral/Lock	OFF

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: Door key cylinder switch is OK.

NO: Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
