Component Inspection

1. CHECK THROTTLE CONTROL MOTOR
   1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
   2. Disconnect electric throttle control actuator harness connector.
   3. Check resistance between electric throttle control actuator terminals as per the following.

      Electric throttle control actuator		Resistance (Ω)
      Bank	Terminals
      1	1 and 2	Approx. 1 - 15 [at 25°C (77°F)]
      2	5 and 6

      Is the inspection result normal? 

      YES: INSPECTION END

      NO: GO TO 2.

2. REPLACE ELECTRIC THROTTLE CONTROL ACTUATOR
   1. Replace malfunctioning electric throttle control actuator. Refer to "EXPLODED VIEW ".
   2. Go to "SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT ".
