VSC OFF Indicator Light Remains ON: Description

If the skid control ECU stores any DTCs which relate to the VSC system, the VSC OFF indicator light comes on in the combination meter.
The skid control ECU is connected to the combination meter via the CAN communication system.
When the transfer is in 4WD, VSC control turns off and the VSC OFF indicator illuminates. The VSC OFF indicator light also comes ON when the VSC system is in the fail-safe mode.
