DTC Trouble diagnosis name Diagnostic item is detected when... Possible cause
P1705 Accelerator pedal position sensor signal TCM does not receive the proper accelerator pedal position signal, closed throttle position signal and wide open throttle position signal (input by CAN communication) from ECM. Harness or connectors. Sensor circuit is open or shorted.
