Check Reclining Motor Circuit
- CHECK SEAT RECLINING MECHANISM
Check following.
- Operation malfunction caused by an interference with the center pillar or center console
- Operation malfunction and interference with other parts by poor installation
OK or NG
- OK : GO TO 2.
- NG : Repair the malfunction part and check again.
- CHECK FUNCTIONAL
With CONSULT-II
Check operation with "SEAT RECLINING" in ACTIVE TEST.

Perform the self-diagnosis. Refer to "ON BOARD DIAGNOSIS FOR AUTOMATIC DRIVE POSITIONER ".
OK or NG
- OK : System is OK.
- NG : GO TO 3.
- CHECK HARNESS CONTINUITY
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect driver seat control unit connector and reclining motor connector.
- Check continuity between driver seat control unit connector B142 terminals 2, 9 and reclining motor connector B147 terminals 2, 9.
2 (G) - 2 (G) : Continuity should exist.
9 (LG) - 9 (LG) : Continuity should exist.
- Check continuity between driver seat control unit connector B142 terminals 2, 9 and ground.
2 (G) - Ground : Continuity should not exist.
9 (LG) - Ground : Continuity should not exist.
OK or NG
- OK : GO TO 4.
- NG : Repair or replace harness between driver seat control unit and reclining motor.
- CHECK DRIVER SEAT CONTROL UNIT OUTPUT SIGNAL
- Connect the driver seat control unit and reclining motor connector.
- Check voltage between driver seat control unit connector.CONNECTORS VOLTAGE REFERENCE

OK or NG
- OK : Replace reclining motor.
- NG : Replace driver seat control unit.
