Extension Tube Replacement

Drain engine oil. Refer to Changing Engine Oil (VQ35DE) or Changing Engine Oil (VK45DE).
Pry out the extension tube from the engine oil pan.

Remove the O-rings from the extension tube and replace them with new ones.

NOTE: Do not reuse the O-ring. Always replace the O-ring with new one.
Apply grease to the new extension tube O-rings.
Install the extension tube into the engine oil pan.
